Apollo disclosed the development to the BSE and National Stock Exchange on September 16, 2026, under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s listing regulations. The company said the technology transfer was presented during the DRDO-Industry VIMARSH 2026 programme in New Delhi in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The company has committed more than ₹10,000 crore towards its expansion in India, building on an engineering and research presence in Bengaluru that dates back more than two decades. The next phase will add high-purity silicon component manufacturing alongside expanded engineering and R&D capabilities serving advanced semiconductor technologies.
