In the Last One Year, More than 3 Crore Tap Water Connections Provided Under Jal Jeevan Mission

al Jeevan Mission provide 3 Crore tap water connections since August, 2019. Further, 26 districts, 457 Blocks, 34,919 Panchayats and 65,627 villages have become ‘Har Ghar Jal’ meaning every family living in these rural areas is getting assured tap water supply in their homes and ‘no one is left behind’. Goa has become the first State in the country to provide 100% FHTCs and became ‘Har Ghar Jal’ State.

FDI Equity Inflow Up 21% to US$ 35.3 Billion in April-Oct : DPIIT

According to an official data, “In April- October 2020, the FDI equity Inflow increased by to 21% i.e. (US$ 35.33 billion). In 2019, FDI equity inflow stood at (US$ 29.31 billion) and in the last seven month, it witnessed 11% increase i.e. (US$ 46.82 billion) from (US$ 42.06 billion) in April- October 2019.

GSL Signs Contract with Indian Army for Supply of Specialized Patrol Boats MOU

Adding another high-performance product to its diverse product profile, Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) signed a contract with the Indian Army for a supply of 12 nos. high performance specialized patrol crafts. The contract was signed on 31st December 2020 between the Indian Army and GSL, represented by its CMD, Cmde B B Nagpal at New Delhi. The contract was bagged by GSL on a competitive basis among public and private Shipbuilders from India.
