President of India Ram Nath Kovind on February 6 will inaugurate General K S Thimayya’s museum in Kodagu district, disclosed Housing and Kodagu district-in-charge Minister V Somanna on Tuesday (January 26).

Gopinath, in response to a question on the new farm laws, said: “These particular farm laws were in the area of marketing. It was widening the market for farmers. Being able to sell to multiple outlets besides the Mandis without having to pay a tax. And this had the potential to raise, in our view, farmers’ incomes”.
The total number of persons to be covered in the first phase is estimated to be about 30 crore – one crore healthcare workers, two crore front line workers, 26 crore persons aged 50 and above, and one crore persons under the age of 50 with associated comorbid conditions.
