Astrome Technologies: Building Fibre-Like Wireless Links for India’s Connected Future

Bengaluru-based Astrome Technologies is developing an Indian alternative for locations where laying fibre is difficult. Its flagship terrestrial product, GigaMesh, uses millimetre-wave radio technology to transmit large quantities of data wirelessly between towers and network sites. Astrome describes the platform as an auto-aligned, multi-beam E-band radio capable of providing fibre-like, multi-gigabit connectivity without requiring trenches or underground cables.
