Jathara parivartanasana is a yoga twist that rejuvenates and re-energizes the body, relieves stress and fatigue, and lengthens and realigns the spine. The name is derived from the Sanskrit jathar, meaning “abdomen,” parivarta, meaning “turning,” and asana, meaning “pose.”
