There has been a 47% rise in government medical colleges during 2014-19, compared to a 33% increase in the total number of medical colleges in the past five years, from 404 in 2014-15 to 539 in 2019.

Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd intends to develop a 250MW solar project for National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC). This project will be developed under the Centre’s Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) scheme that requires using domestically manufactured cells and modules for the project.
After the successful completion of the Phase 1 execution of NIC e office for 50,000 users in 58 units, Indian Railways has signed MoU with RailTel, a miniratna PSU under Ministry of Railways, for the phase 2 of the project. In phase 2, RailTel will register 39000 users over 34 Railway divisions on NIC e office platform by 30th June 2020.
