Yes, there are accidents and unexpected events, but there are also factors which can be controlled. We all have reasons why we are sick. We just have to tell ourselves the reason why should we be healthy.

I Hate Diet

Almost every fruit is recommended. I am often warned by my patients, “my doctor told me I am not to eat fruits.” The older research considered only the glycemic index of individual fruits and word spread around. Fruits are now known to be more beneficial than harmful.

Psycho-Somatic or Somato-Psychic

External Auditory Command is a powerful motivator.
