Its aerospace operations include the manufacture of complex aerostructures, precision-engineered components and assemblies used in advanced aircraft programmes.

Dynamatic also maintains research and engineering capabilities covering mechanical engineering, materials technology, computational engineering and aerospace-related development.

During the Canadian delegation’s visit, the company highlighted its ability to combine engineering design, precision manufacturing and skilled craftsmanship in producing sophisticated aerospace components.

These capabilities have enabled Dynamatic to participate in international aerospace supply chains while expanding India’s domestic manufacturing expertise.

Canada’s Largest Trade Mission to India in Three Decades

The aerospace roundtable formed part of a wider Canadian trade mission involving nearly 300 delegates from across Canada, making it the country’s largest business delegation to India in approximately 30 years.

According to Global Affairs Canada, the mission included engagements in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with discussions covering aerospace and space, clean technology, energy transition, information technology, life sciences and agriculture.

The mission resulted in 34 commercial agreements valued at nearly CAD 300 million, reflecting expanding business engagement between companies from the two countries.

Minister Sidhu also held discussions with Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal to advance negotiations towards the proposed India-Canada Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.

The Canadian government has identified aerospace and space technologies among the priority sectors for expanding bilateral commercial engagement.

The visit to Dynamatic Technologies formed part of these efforts to strengthen business relationships and identify opportunities for industrial cooperation.

India-Canada Trade Partnership Gains Momentum

India and Canada are seeking to expand economic cooperation through stronger industrial partnerships, investment relationships and technology-driven trade.

According to Global Affairs Canada, bilateral trade in goods and services reached CAD 30.4 billion in 2025, reflecting the scale of commercial relations between the two economies.

Canada has outlined an ambition to increase annual two-way trade with India to CAD 70 billion by 2030, supported by stronger commercial engagement across major economic sectors.

Aerospace and advanced manufacturing are important areas of cooperation because both countries possess established industrial capabilities, skilled engineering workforces and specialised technology enterprises.

The growing participation of Indian manufacturers in international aircraft programmes also creates opportunities for deeper relationships with Canadian aerospace companies.

Through engagements such as the Bengaluru roundtable, both countries are strengthening connections between government institutions, established manufacturers and emerging technology enterprises.

International Aerospace Partnerships Support Make in India

Dynamatic Technologies’ engagement with the Canadian delegation reflects India’s growing position within international aerospace manufacturing networks.

Indian private-sector companies are increasingly contributing to complex aircraft components, aerostructures, precision engineering and specialised manufacturing processes required by global aerospace companies.

The Make in India initiative has encouraged greater domestic industrial participation in advanced manufacturing while supporting the development of indigenous engineering expertise and production capabilities.

International partnerships complement these efforts by connecting Indian manufacturers with global customers, specialised technologies and established industrial supply chains.

For Dynamatic Technologies, engagement with Canadian aerospace companies provides an opportunity to showcase India’s manufacturing strengths and explore additional avenues for collaboration.

Such interactions also reinforce Bengaluru’s position as an important centre for aerospace engineering, manufacturing and industrial innovation.

Dynamatic Technologies Strengthens India’s Global Aerospace Engagement

The Canada–India Aerospace & Space CEO Roundtable marks another step in strengthening industrial relationships between the two countries.

By hosting senior Canadian government representatives and industry leaders, Dynamatic Technologies demonstrated the capabilities of India’s private aerospace manufacturing sector and its growing participation in international aerospace programmes.

The engagement supports wider efforts to expand bilateral trade, strengthen industrial supply chains and encourage cooperation in advanced technologies.

As India continues developing its aerospace manufacturing ecosystem, international engagements involving companies such as Dynamatic Technologies will contribute to stronger industrial partnerships, expanded commercial opportunities and India’s growing presence in global aerospace manufacturing.
