Eka pada urdhva dhanurasana is a challenging variation of dhanurasana and chakrasana.. The name comes from the Sanskrit, eka, meaning “one,” pada, meaning “foot,” urdhva, meaning “upward,” dhanur, meaning “bow,” and asana, meaning “pose.”
