The development marks an important breakthrough in India’s efforts to track down black money stashed abroad. India is amongst 75 countries with which Switzerland’s Federal Tax Administration (FTA) has swapped intelligence on the financial details of people.

National Resource Efficiency Policy has been drafted by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change with the aim to double the recycling rate of key materials to 50 per cent in next five years and also enable upcycling of waste.
