Yoga practice combines physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation. There are different types of yoga. Some are more physically demanding and some are more relaxing. All forms of yoga can help you learn how to deal with stress and stay calm, and improve your concentration and sense of wellbeing. Yoga practice is individual and is not meant to be competitive.

Teenage is not easy. Body image issues, low confidence, and constant pressure plague the kids and bring their morale down. They must be trained to overcome these problems and take on tougher challenges. Yoga is an ideal training tool to help them fight off the demons
