BattRE Launches Internet-Connected e-Scooter in India

BattRE Electric Mobility, a Jaipur-based startup, has announced the launch of an e-scooter, priced at Rs 79,999 (US$ 1,144.64). The company claimed it to be the second internet-connected scooter launched in India. BattRE is also offering cloud storage subscription for 1-year duration bundled with and inclusive in the price of the e-scooter.

BattRE Electric Mobility, a Jaipur-based startup, has announced the launch of an e-scooter, priced at Rs 79,999 (US$ 1,144.64). The company claimed it to be the second internet-connected scooter launched in India. BattRE is also offering cloud storage subscription for 1-year duration bundled with and inclusive in the price of the e-scooter.

The company claims that the e-scooter has incorporated distinct features including navigation assist, ride statistics, remote diagnostics, voice-enabled app, anti-theft alarm, and lock, among others.

The e-scooter also receives speedometer call alerts, ride behaviour-based artificial intelligence suggestions.
For the delivery of the e-scooter, the company has collaborated with Amazon. Also, the e-scooter will be available on Amazon.in post launch and will be delivered to the buyers at their doorstep.

BattRE electric scooter connects the rider’s smartphone and stores all vehicle-related data on the cloud.
Mr Nishchal Chaudhary, Founder of BattRE Electric Mobility, said, “BattRE IOT will change the way people commute. This is the next level of tech revolution to be seen in the EV sector.”

Mr Chaudhary further stated that his major objective is to develop an entire ecosystem of e-scooter by taking them to every corner of the country. “We are delighted to partner with Amazon India to take these scooters to consumers in every nook and corner of our large country,” Chaudhary added
